The Remen Q̅ Method

LET ME ASK YOU A QUESTION

Are you ready to own your non-peace?  Are you ready to transmute your non-peace to peace?

 

 

 

 

THEN IT’S TIME TO

Follow the easy steps below.

The Remen Q̅ Method

 

You have an awareness of feeling non-peace.  You are worried, feel betrayed, feel not good enough, etc….hold the intention to transmute by doing the following: 

Close your eyes and place your fingertips on your heart space. Then, breathe into presence by closing your eyes and taking five slow deep breaths through your nose and out through your nose without pausing using tummy breathing.  Remember the intention is ALWAYS peace and only peace.

1.  I am witness to the field of intention to neutralize this created pattern. (Say this in your inner voice.)

2. I am witness to the origins of this created pattern. (Say this in your inner voice and visualize a representation of the origin.)

 3. I am witness to the neutralization of this created pattern. (Say this in your inner voice and visualize a change in the image. Halfway through visualizing the change, snap open your eyes.)

4. Move your attention to your body and watch until you feel it is complete. (If there is a sensation of lightheadedness or swirling, allow the sensation to finish.)

Check your heart.  Does your heart feel calm, neutral, or at peace?  If it does you are done.  If not you need to do more Remen Q̅.

IONS (SHORTCUT)

If you have difficulty remembering the process, use the acronym IONS.

I  =  Intention
O =  Origin
N =  Neutralization
S =  Snap

After breathing into presence with eyes closed, replace the phrases with the words intention, origin, and neutralization.  You may have to do the extended version of the Remen Q̅ process a few times, the non-shortcut method, before using the shortcut.

  1. Intention (Say this in your inner voice.)

  1. Neutralization (Say this in your inner voice and visualize a change in the image. Halfway through visualizing the change, snap open your eyes.)
