Reiki 1 Workshop

Reiki 1 is an introductory course to the practice of Reiki, an ancient energy healing modality. The course is designed to teach students the basic principles and techniques of Reiki, so that they can use it to heal themselves and others.

• Topics covered in the course include:

  • The history of Reiki
  • The five Reiki principles
  • Hand positions for self-treatment and treatment of others
  • The Reiki attunement
  • Ethics of Reiki practice

• The course is taught in one day. It includes a combination of lecture, discussion, and hands-on practice. Students will have the opportunity to give and receive Reiki treatments, and to learn how to incorporate Reiki into their own lives.

• Upon completion of the course, students will receive a Reiki 1 certificate. This certificate will qualify them to practice Reiki on themselves and others.

• If you are a massage therapist and need CEUs, this class qualifies for 1 hour of ethics training in Oregon.

• Reiki is a safe and effective way to promote healing and well-being. It can be used to address a variety of physical, emotional, and spiritual issues. Reiki can also be used to promote relaxation and stress relief.
